The Pop-Up Content Day Photo Session is $675 (normally $1150), offering a quick, high-quality, and affordable headshot solution.
What exactly is a Pop-Up Mini Branding Content Day?
This is your shortcut to high-end, magazine-style branding photos without the big price tag or time commitment of a full branding session. It’s one day, in a private luxury villa, with strategic, purpose-driven images designed specifically for your brand. We guide you through every pose, every detail—so you look like the pro you are.
Where is the location?
We’ll be shooting at a stunning, private South Beach-inspired villa in Las Vegas. For privacy and security, the full address will be shared in your email confirmation after booking. Trust us... it’s worth the wait.
How is this different from a regular branding session?
Our full branding sessions are totally custom, usually a half-day or longer with multiple locations and deep-dive planning. This Pop-Up is your express, luxury experience—same strategic, purposeful images in a condensed, efficient, and cost-effective format. Ideal for refreshing your content library without the big production.
I feel so awkward in front of the camera... Will you help me?
Oh, absolutely. Feeling camera-shy is normal—we’ve got you. Chezaray and Veronica will personally guide you through the entire shoot with expert posing, natural prompts, and constant direction so you feel confident and at ease. We’re pros at making even the most camera-phobic clients say, “Wait... I actually love these.”
What should I wear?
After booking, you'll receive our exclusive Prep Guide with wardrobe suggestions, grooming tips, and style inspiration to make sure your look matches your brand vibe. Need extra help? We’re happy to give feedback on your outfit selections so you show up looking your absolute best.
Do I need to bring anything?
Yes! Bring your carefully selected outfits (we recommend a variety for different looks), plus any personal props that reflect your brand—think laptop, notebook, coffee mug, products you sell, or anything you use in your business. We'll guide you on exactly what works best during your pre-session consultation.
Will this be a private session?
Yes! Your photo session is private. While we schedule multiple clients throughout the day, your time slot is yours alone. You will have our full, undivided attention during your hair and makeup, photo session, and image selection. No group shots. No audience. Just you, us, and total focus on making you look incredible.
How many images do I get?
Your session includes 5 beautifully retouched digital images, hand-selected by you during your same-day viewing and ordering session. Want more? You’ll have the option to purchase additional images to build out your content library.
How long does the whole experience take?
Plan on spending about 3 hours total with us. That includes professional hair and makeup (45 minutes), your fully guided photo shoot (60 minutes), and your same-day image selection (about 45 minutes).
Is hair and makeup really included?
Yes! Our professional hair and makeup artist will get you camera-ready with a polished, natural, elevated look that photographs beautifully and lasts throughout your session. It’s part of the experience.
When will I receive my retouched images?
Your fully retouched, high-resolution digital images will be delivered within 5–10 days after your session, so you can start using them right away in your marketing.
What if I need to reschedule?
